Description

The Large Modular Air Separation Unit (LMA) facility in Port Allen, Louisiana, supplies oxygen, nitrogen and utilities to methanol plant expansion projects in the US Gulf Coast region. The Port Allen plant produces up to 2,500 tons of oxygen per day.

Specified by KP Engineering, PENETRON ADMIX SB was used to ensure the impermeability of the concrete water retaining base in the new cooling tower of the Air Liquide facility. KP Engineering, the project architect, Boh Brothers, the GC, and Angelle Materials (Baton Rouge, LA), the RMS, previously worked with the engineering team on other cooling towers and the producer was familiar with PENETRON ADMIX.
